At Gabriella’s Closet, we are committed to providing quality merchandise and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products and inventory management practices, all sales are final.
Per management policy established November 2020, Gabriella’s Closet does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any merchandise purchased. We encourage all customers to carefully review their selections before completing their purchase.
Exceptions will only be considered in the event that an item is received damaged due to a verified shipping error or if the incorrect item was sent. Any concerns regarding damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
